A teenage boy was rushed to hospital after he was stabbed outside of a Burlington high school on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the 15-year-old boy was injured around 3 p.m. near M.M. Robinson High School on Guelph Line and Upper Middle Road in Burlington.
Police said the suspect, who is not believed to be a student at the school, fled the scene.
The victim was transported to a Hamilton hospital in serious condition.
Just after 4 p.m. the suspect was arrested by police when officers found him in his parked vehicle on Donald Road in Burlington.
Kevin Whitehouse, 18, of Burlington, has been charged with aggravated assault.
