Toronto - An HIV-positive Toronto man has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting a friend's child.
Police allege the man was a volunteer at a thrift store, and that he befriended a woman who frequented the shop.
Police allege the 53-year-old man subsequently sexually assaulted the woman's child.
Donald Mumford has been charged with two counts each of aggravated sexual assault endanger life, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, and one count each of threaten death and threaten bodily harm.
Police say they believe there may be other victims, and urge anyone with information to come forward.
