A woman is facing impaired driving charges, after she drove her car into a guardrail near the ramp leading from the Gardiner Expressway to the Don valley Parkway Sunday morning.
Police say a vehicle was headed eastbound when it veered from the road shortly after 8 a.m. Sunday. The car crashed into the rail and caught fire.
Emergency crews doused the flames.
The driver, who escaped the vehicle with minor injuries, was arrested and taken to hospital for treatment.
