Male dies following Hwy. 401 crash involving transport truck

A male has died after a collision involving a transport truck on Highway 401 near Pickering, police say.

OPP say a car travelling east rear-ended the transport truck in the eastbound lanes near Brock Road on Friday morning.

Two Hwy. 401 eastbound lanes that were blocked while police investigated have since reopened.
