Police are investigating after a car parked on a residential Mississauga street was struck by another vehicle that did not remain at the scene.
The collision, which occurred just before 7 p.m. on Saturday, was captured on a surveillance camera from a home on McFarren Boulevard.
The footage of the collision submitted to CP24 shows a vehicle parked on the side of the street. Another vehicle approaches quickly and then smashes into the back of the parked car. The vehicle then reverses and drives off.
Officers later arrived on scene. They said they believe the vehicle involved in the collision could be a dark, newer model sedan.
