Despite a promise during the provincial election that they would cap or cut hospital parking rates, the Ontario Liberals say they are still working out the details of that plan.
"It requires some consultation with stakeholders, healthcare providers and hospital facilities, and as well individuals themselves," Ontario's Health Minister Eric Hoskins told CTV Toronto.
