An elderly driver has died after two vehicles collided and one crashed into a house in Toronto's west end.
The crash occurred in the area of Kipling Avenue and Birmingham Street, just north of Lake Shore Boulevard, at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Monday.
A witness told CTV Toronto that a car struck an SUV on Birmingham, before mounting the curb and crashing into the corner of a home.
Few details have been provided, but paramedics said an elderly woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
