A man has been charged with first-degree murder on Friday in connection with the shooting death of John Kang in May.
Kang, 21, was shot outside a fast food restaurant near Victoria Park and Finch Avenue East on May 26.
He later died in hospital.
Raphael Okezie, 20, of Toronto has been charged with first-degree murder.
A second man is also wanted on charges of first-degree murder.
Henok Mebratu, 18, is considered armed and dangerous and police warn he shouldn't be approached.
