Toronto police have named a suspect in a sexual assault case they are investigating.
Investigators want to question the man about an alleged sexual assault on Sept. 27 downtown.
Kenneth Phillips, 24, is known to frequent the downtown core. Police describe him as being 5-foot-7, 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
