KINGSTON, Ont. -- Police in Kingston, Ont. say they're investigating after at least one suspect allegedly broke into a local pool and defecated in the water.
They allege the incident took place after a break-in at the Lakeshore Pool Association at an unspecified time over the long weekend.
Police say the vandalism to the pool required extensive cleanup that shuttered the facility for two days during a blazing heat wave.
They did not provide damage estimates or suspect descriptions.
Anyone with information about the incident is being asked to come forward.
