Toronto police are requesting for assistance in locating a man they say may pose a danger to the public.
George May, 51, was last seen on Monday at 7 p.m. in the Bathurst Street and Dundas Street West area.
Police said May had been residing at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health on Queen Street West.
He is described as white, six-feet tall, 160 lbs. with grey and brown hair and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a blue spring jacket, blue jeans and running shoes.
Police say that May has a history of extreme violence and they are also concerned for his safety.
Members of the public should not approach May, police said.
