TORONTO - The Toronto Maple Leafs signed forward Brandon Kozun to a one-year contract Friday.
Kozun, 24, split last season between Manchester and Toronto of the American Hockey League. He had 46 points (17 goals, 29 assists) and 70 penalty minutes in 75 games.
The Maple Leafs acquired Kozun last January in a trade with Los Angeles. He was originally selected by the Kings in the sixth round, 179th overall, in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
