A shooting in the Jane-Wilson area has left three people wounded.
The incident, which some are describing as a shootout, occurred around suppertime in a park area off Chalkfarm Drive and north of the Sheridan Mall.
"We're still trying to piece it together," Staff Sgt. Guy Courvoisier of the Toronto Police Service's 31 Division told ctvtoronto.ca on Thursday.
"We have three persons shot. They are all at hospital. The nature of the injuries, seriousness of the injuries are not known yet."
There are several suspects but none captured yet, he said, adding investigators have no idea yet what might have precipitated the incident.
