TORONTO - The J-E-T-S are coming to T.O.
The Buffalo Bills and New York Jets will face off at the Rogers Centre on Dec. 3, the Bills announced Tuesday. It will be the second regular-season NFL game held in Toronto, following the Miami Dolphins' 16-3 win over Bills last December.
More than 52,000 fans attended that game, the first regular-season contest ever held in Canada. Organizers are hoping to draw a bigger crowd for this year's AFC East showdown, lowering ticket prices by an average of 17 per cent earlier this week.
The game is part of a five-year plan to host five regular-season Bills games and three exhibition games at the Rogers Centre to capitalize on the team's Canadian fan base. Toronto won't host a pre-season game this year.
