Police are looking for three suspects, one of whom is likely armed with a gun, after a man was shot in the city's west end Saturday afternoon.

The victim was shot in the arm and his injury isn't considered life-threatening, Staff-Sgt. Gerry Cashman told ctvtoronto.ca on Saturday.

Cashman added that the suspects were on foot at the time of the shooting, which occurred near Jane St. and Weston Rd. just before 5 p.m.

The victim was later found in an apartment building on Trethewey Drive, said Cashman, adding that several shots were fired during the melee.

The shooting comes less than a day after a TTC bus and an apartment in the neighbourhood were rocked by gunfire.
