TORONTO - Police say human remains found in a home in the Toronto suburb of Markham, Ont. on Tuesday are those of a real estate agent reported missing six months ago.
Peel police say an autopsy confirms the remains are those of Jianguo, or Tony, Han.
Investigators say Han and Xiu Jun Fei were kidnapped Jan. 20 from a Mississauga, Ont. mansion.
Fei was found safely six days later.
Three men were charged Thursday with manslaughter in connection with Han's death.
The men, as well as a fourth man, have also been charged with aggravated assault and two counts of kidnapping with the intent to hold for ransom.
