Police say that the remains of two bodies have been found in cottage country.
On Saturday afternoon, a passerby spotted a body on Maplehurst Drive, which is located near Huntsville.
The Ontario Provincial Police were called to the scene and officers began investigating the body at around 4:30 p.m.
The body's identity isn't known and an autopsy has been scheduled for Sunday in Toronto at the Centre for Forensic Science.
Also on Saturday, police near Barrie were called after another body was discovered by a person who lives in Oro-Medonte Township.
The death has not been ruled a homicide, but police at the scene described the discovery as suspicious.
An autopsy has also been set for Sunday.
The two discoveries have not been linked in any way by investigators.
