Police allege man used cellphone to look up skirts

TORONTO - A man is facing a voyeurism charge after police allege a cellphone was used to photograph up women's skirts at a subway station.

Police allege a man followed females in the Eglinton station and took photographs or video by reaching under their skirts with his cellphone

Eugene Couto, 35, of Tottenham, north of Toronto, has been charged with voyeurism.

He was appeared in court Wednesday.

Investigators believe there may be more victims.
