TORONTO - Toronto police are looking for a man in connection with an attempted murder investigation.
Jerome Balfour, 25, of Toronto, has been identified as a suspect in the shooting of a 28-year-old man in an east-end apartment on Oct. 21.
Police allege three men entered the apartment, an altercation ensued and shots were fired, striking the man.
Two Toronto men are already facing charges in relation to the incident.
Nathan Holdsworth, 31, faces 23 charges including attempted murder, robbery and firearms offences, while Joel Pettigrew, 31, is charged with attempted murder, robbery and theft under $5,000.
Both have already appeared in court on the charges.
Police say Balfour remains at large and is believed to be armed and dangerous.
Anyone who sees him is warned not to approach him but to call 911.
He's described as black with a light complexion, six feet four inches tall and 180 pounds and his photo is posted on the Toronto police website.
