A parking enforcement officer was charged with assault on Thursday following two alleged altercations.
Police were called on Sunday after an on-duty parking attendant was allegedly assaulted by a man near Ossington Avenue and Queen Street West.
The parking enforcement officer allegedly assaulted the same man later at a police station.
Devon Henry, 42, with nearly 10 years of service, was arrested and charged with assault causing bodily harm.
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, June 7.
