A medical emergency on a key line caused delays for GO Transit Tuesday morning.
The emergency caused the Kitchener 5:52 a.m. train to Union Station to arrive 22 minutes late. The Georgetown 7:06 a.m. to Union was 23 minutes late, while the Bramalea 7:38 a.m. to Union arrived 26 minutes late because of the same emergency.
Meanwhile, the Georgetown 7:43 a.m. to Union was delayed for 12 minutes west of Bloor due to freight train traffic and on the Milton line, the Milton 8:08 a.m. to Union arrived eight minutes late due to an operational issue.
Service was back to normal by 10:30 a.m.
