A man in his 50s is dead after an industrial accident in Rexdale early Monday afternoon.
It happened at around 11:30 a.m. at a construction site on Martin Grove Road near Belfield Road.
According to police, the man was repairing a crane when some type of malfunction occurred.
The man was pronounced dead on scene.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
