TORONTO - Hydro One says more than 4,500 customers remain without power due to high winds that swept across the province on Thursday morning.
The utility says it has restored service to more than 91,000 customers and it's expected those without electricity will have it restored Saturday.
Hydro One says it has thrown all available resources into restoring power to customers.
