TORONTO - The GO trains ran on time today, but some commuters may have missed their train due to problems on the buses.
GO Transit says the Bolton 8:30 bus to Malton was delayed from Bolton due to an equipment issue.
As a result the trip did not connect with the 9:25 train from Malton to Union Station.
The Uxbridge 8:00 bus to Union Station was delayed due to a collision, so passengers boarding at Mount Joy and further south were accommodated on an extra bus.
GO says other bus routes were affected by picket lines set up by striking York Region Transit workers at Finch terminal.
