A section of Bay Street is currently closed for the second time on Monday after a panel of glass fell from a nearby high-rise onto the street below.
Police have closed the northbound lane of Bay Street between Grosvenor Street and Grenville Street and Grosvenor Street, from Bay Street to Yonge Street.
A panel of glass fell from an apartment building at 37 Grosvenor St. at about 3 a.m.
No injuries were reported and police said there may be a problem with the mounts the glass panels sit in.
This isn't the first time a piece of glass fell from the high-rise. Glass fell from the same building less than two weeks ago on July 21.
In the previous incident, two glass panels fell from the 18th and 35th floors.
