A construction worker was pinned between a truck and an industrial vehicle on Highway 407 Friday afternoon.
The man was hit by a backhoe vehicle, a type of excavating equipment on the Woodbine ramp, Ontario Provincial Police said.
He was rushed to Sunnybrook hospital with life threatning injuries. No other information has been released about the man.
The ramp is closed as police investigate the incident. It is unclear how long the ramp will be closed for, police said.
