A 65-year-old Toronto art teacher has been charged after the alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl on the weekend.
Toronto police say the girl was assaulted at the Toronto Academy of Art, at 3880 Midland Ave., on Saturday.
Chung-Kwong Cheung, of Toronto, was arrested on Monday and charged with sexual assault and sexual interference. He was to appear in court on Tuesday.
Investigators say the accused operated the art school.
