Police have charged three men and are looking for a fourth in their investigation of a home that exploded in Scugog Township north of Port Perry, Ont.

Despite explosions and a fire that consumed the home, the three men, two women and a baby managed to escape the house with minor injuries.

Several vehicles were also destroyed in the incident.

Police allege the $1 million home was being used as an illegal drug lab.

Facing charges are:

  • Derek Kilpatrick, 31, of Scugog Township;
  • Darran Moore, 33, of Little Britain; and
  • Jeffrey Harrison, 25, of Toronto.

An arrest warrant has also been issued for the fourth suspect, Michael Abdulkhalek, 32, of Bobcaygeon.
