TORONTO - The Toronto Blues Jays are apparently going retro.
Internet sites have leaked what they claim to be the new Blue Jays' logo, a sleeker version of the bird the team sported in its early years.
The Blue Jays' logo leak comes less than a week after the new third jerseys for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators were revealed prematurely.
The Leafs' sweater was mistakenly displayed on racks at the Buffalo Sabres team store where a fan with a sharp eye photographed it.
Photos of the Senators' new jersey surfaced early as well.
The leaked logo is a blue jay and maple leaf on a blue background.
Team spokesman Jay Stenhouse declined to comment on the story when reached by The Canadian Press.
