TORONTO - One of the alleged ringleaders of the violent protests during the G-20 summit in Toronto will be back in court tomorrow.

Alex Hundert is back in jail, accused of breaching his bail conditions.

His lawyer says the 30-year-old was arrested after taking part in a panel discussion at Ryerson University on issues connected to the G-20.

John Norris says Hundert is accused of breaching a bail condition that he not participate in any public demonstration.

Norris is challenging the new charge, saying it is a misunderstanding of the conditions.

Norris also says the Crown will likely move to have Hundert's bail on the previous charges revoked, but vows to fight the allegations.

Hundert faces three charges of conspiracy.
