HAMILTON, Ont. - An Ontario man is facing a murder charge after police investigating a suspected arson discovered a body in a building destroyed by fire.
The body of 21-year-old Samir Anbari was found in the rubble after fire broke out in a building under renovation in Hamilton on Saturday.
The cause of death has been determined as smoke inhalation due to fire.
Hamilton police have charged 30-year-old Sami Karnaz of Mississauga with arson and disregard for human life.
Police say he will also be charged with second-degree murder when he appears in court tomorrow.
