TORONTO-- A teenager is in hospital after being stabbed at a house party early this morning in Toronto.

Police say the 16-year-old boy suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being stabbed around 1 a.m. at a house party near Yonge Street and Lawrence Avenue in the city's north end.

Police took one teenager into custody and are searching for a second suspect.

Investigators say the motive for the stabbing is unclear, and they do not know if the alleged victim knew the two suspects.
