TORONTO - GO Transit says signal problems were the reason some trains on the east-west routes were delayed this morning.
GO says the Oshawa 5:07 a.m. train was about eight minutes late getting to Union Station due to the signal issue.
And the Burlington 7:13 a.m. train bound for Union Station was delayed about 10 minutes due to the signal problems.
GO Transit also says that commuters on the Lakeshore East line can expect delays for some time due to ongoing work.
Track tie replacement work is being done between Scarborough and Pickering GO stations and could result in delays of about 10 minutes.
