Two people are dead and two people are in critical condition after a collision south of Lindsay, Ont.
Provincial police say an Acura travelling on Highway 7A entered the Highway 35 intersection just before 11 p.m. on Saturday night and collided with a Hyundai sport utility vehicle.
Richmond Hill resident Liang Hou, 44, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His wife and 14-year-old son were taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Lindsay resident Diana Page, 48, was also killed instantly. She was a passenger in the SUV.
The driver of the SUV was transported to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The intersection was closed for nine hours in order for police to conduct an investigation, the OPP said.
