Police are looking for five suspects after an armed robbery in Markham Monday morning.
Police say employees at the National Bank at McCowan Road and Denison Street were robbed at gunpoint around 11:45 a.m.
York Regional Police Staff Sgt. John Braybrook said investigators are looking for five suspects who took off from the scene on foot. Officers and the canine unit searched the area, Braybrook told CTVToronto.ca, but had not located the suspects Monday afternoon.
No one was injured in the robbery.
