Toronto police discovered a 1,200-plant grow-op after receiving a call about an early-morning break-and-enter in the city's east end.

Police discovered the marijuana plants at a residence, on Brimley Road, after they responded to the report on Wednesday.

There were pry marks on the home's garage door, police said.

Police obtained a search warrant, and seized the plants, along with other equipment.

No arrests have been made. Police are still investigating.
