BARRIE, Ont. - Three teenage boys charged with stabbing a man to death with a golf club at a mini-putt in Barrie are to appear in court today.

Jake Workman, 18, Justin Spring, 19, and his brother Matthew Spring, 18, all from Innisfil, are charged with second-degree murder in the slaying of Bradley Hubbard.

The 42-year-old Collingwood man was killed when he was hit with a golf club at the Putting Edge in August.

Police say he was stabbed with a broken putter.

Autopsy results showed he died from a penetrating injury to the neck.

Hubbard was playing golf with his wife and young daughter at the time he was attacked.
