Investigators are searching for suspects after an SUV driving in the city's west end was followed by two vehicles and showered with bullets early Saturday morning.
Police said the white SUV had exited south onto Black Creek Drive from Hwy. 401 when two vehicles approached from behind and began to follow it.
Passengers in the two vehicles, one grey and one white, started to shoot at the SUV as it drove down the street.
Further details regarding any injuries or what might have precipitated the incident are not yet available.
The SUV was last seen travelling on Jane Street, while the grey and white vehicles continued travelling south on Black Creek Drive.
