OSHAWA, Ont. - Durham Region Police are appealing for information after a 17-year-old youth was stabbed multiple times in Oshawa, Ont.
Police say the victim was leaving an apartment complex on Rideau Street on Sunday night when he was attacked by three male suspects.
The suspects have not been apprehended.
The victim was treated at a hospital for serious but non-life-threatening injuries and released.
Investigators believe the attack may have been related to a drug transaction.
Witnesses told police the three suspects were white males about 17-19 years old, who had their faces covered.
