TORONTO - Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall's message to go west is getting a big response in Ontario.

On top of jobs, Saskatchewan is also offering a tuition rebate program to recent graduates from out-of-province.
Under the plan, some graduates can receive up to $20,000 in tax rebates over seven years.
