A single-vehicle crash in Pickering has left one person dead and three others injured, police say.
One person is dead and three others are injured after a crash in Pickering, police say.
In a post to social media Wednesday morning, Durham Regional police said the single-vehicle collision occurred on Brock Road, between Highway 7 and Pickering Concession 7.
Police said one person was pronounced dead at the scene and three others were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
“The investigation remains ongoing and the area is expected to be closed for a period of time while members of the Collision Investigation Unit collect evidence,” police said.
The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
