TOY MOUNTAIN 2024 (Nov. 19 - Dec. 20)

TOY MOUNTAIN IS BACK FOR OUR 29TH YEAR!

2024 marks the 29th year of the CTV Toy Mountain Campaign, supporting The Salvation Army. Every year, we invite businesses, schools, organizations, community groups, and CTV viewers to collect and donate toys to local families in need. As a growing number of Canadians struggle amid the increasing cost of living and financial uncertainty, the generosity of your donations will help bring smiles to children’s faces this holiday season.

Please send your photos and videos for a chance to have them appear on-air on CTV News at Six. We will also share your contributions on our social media platforms. You can email us at toy.mountain@bellmedia.ca.

You can also find us on Facebook (@ToyMountainTO), Instagram (@ctvtoymountain ) and X (formerly Twitter) (@ToyMountain ).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

It’s so easy to make a difference!

You can make a financial donation online just by clicking here.

When you donate online, you will allow us to purchase gifts for age groups as needed.

You can make your online financial contribution and receive a charitable tax receipt.

You may also donate a new, unwrapped toy to a Toy Mountain bin at your local mall or other participating locations.

We are grateful for all toys that are donated, but please do not forget the tweens, teens and babies.  We often fall short on gifts for these age groups so please consider these children when selecting a toy to donate.  Here are some ideas of appropriate items for tweens and teens.

Tweens and teens (10 and up):  curling irons, digital music players, hair dryers, hair kits, makeup kits, jewelry, electronics, books, hoodies, sporting goods, backpacks, school supplies, board games, scarves, gloves and gift cards.
