A 41-year-old man is in hospital after he was stabbed in the east end of the city early Sunday morning, police said.
The man suffered multiple stab wounds to the back when he was outside of a restaurant in the Pape and Cosburn Avenue area at about 2:45 a.m.
He was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
A suspect has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
