Police say a man is in critical condition after a shooting at a North York plaza.
Toronto police responded to the call around 3 a.m. in the Jane Street and Wilson Avenue area after a 35-year-old man was shot.
Police say the victim, who had been shot multiple times, transported himself to Humber River Regional Hospital but was later transported to a Toronto trauma centre.
Police say the man is currently in surgery at Sunnybrook hospital.
There is no word on suspects at this time but witnesses reported seeing a vehicle leaving the scene at a high rate of speed.
