ACTON, Ont. - A 47-year-old Acton, Ont., man is in custody and slated to appear Monday in a Milton, Ont., court on a second-degree murder charge.
Halton regional police say they were called to a Mill Street West home in Acton last night and found a man with life-threatening injuries.
Shortly after paramedics and police arrived, the 49-year-old was pronounced deceased.
Eddie McGuin was arrested at the scene.
The dead man has been identified as Rick MacLeod of Acton.
The cause of death is still under investigation.
