TORONTO - Drake's "Summer Sixteen Tour" is turning into a fall event too.
The Toronto-born rapper has added another raft of dates to his North American run, including shows in Edmonton and Montreal as well as more dates in Toronto.
Drake will now perform at Edmonton's new Rogers Place arena on Sept. 20 and the Bell Centre in Montreal on Oct. 7.
He'll then return to Toronto for two more shows on Oct. 8 and 9.
The "Summer Sixteen Tour" is co-headlined by Atlanta-based rapper Future and features Roy Woods and Dvsn, who are signed to Drake's label.
The performer already had two summer shows booked in Toronto on July 31 and Aug. 1. Both of those gigs follow his annual OVO Fest on July 29 in the city.
