Police are looking for a man accused of at least two “indecent acts” in Toronto’s east end.

Police say the most recent incident happened in the visitors parking area of townhouse apartment complex in the Broadview Ave. and Dundas St. E. area, at around 1:20 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5.

While performing the act, the man approached a woman seated in a car and attempted to open the door, which was locked, police say.

A man with the same description was also seen by a 12-year-old girl performing an indecent act on a rear deck of a house in October, according to police.

The suspect is described as white, 5'10 to 5'11 tall, in his early-to-mid 20s and clean-shaven with short hair and a thin build. He may have been wearing a black hat and black jacket last time he was seen.
