Three suspects were arrested late Friday night in connection to the stabbing death of a man in Wasaga Beach over the Victoria Day Weekend.
Ontario Provincial Police have been investigating since May 21, when 18-year-old Francesco Molinaro was killed. Another man was fatally stabbed the same weekend, although police say the stabbings are unrelated.
Along with the Durham Regional Police Service, police arrested the three suspects overnight.
Johnathan Landsberg, 18, from Whitby, Eric Talbot, 19, from Pickering, and Austin Zambrano-Peterson, 18, from North York, have all been charged with second degree murder.
All three are expected to be in court in Newmarket on Saturday.
