Taste of the Danforth closures

Taste of the Danforth means Logan Avenue is closed from the north side of Danforth Avenue to the south side of the public lane for the main stage and production tent, from Friday at 11 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday.

Danforth is closed from the east side of Broadview Avenue to the west side of Dewhurst Boulevard from Friday morning until Sunday night.

Bowden Street is closed south of Danforth to the north side of the first lane, Jackman Avenue is closed from Danforth to Hurndale Avenue, and Arundel Avenue is closed from Danforth to the south side of the public lane.

Carlaw Avenue is closed from Danfort to the lane, Gough Avenue is closed from Danforth to the Holy Name Parish Church, and Langford Avenue is closed from Danforth north about 30 metres.

Downtown road closures

Streetcar, watermain and roadway work at Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street means the intersection is fully closed in all directions until Aug. 11.

Dundas will be closed to traffic between Bathurst Street and University Avenue, and Spadina will be shut down between Queen and College Streets.

Lake Shore Boulevard closures

The westbound passing lane will be occupied from Rees Street to Van De Water Crescent by tunnel construction from 9 a.m. to midnight every day until the end of February 2015.

Until Sunday, Aug. 31, one lane eastbound and one lane westbound will be occupied due to TTC Leslie Street Connection Track Project, 24 hours a day.

Westbound lanes from Park Lawn Road to Humber River will be occupied by construction 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Wednesday, July 30.

Gardiner Expressway closures

The eastbound and westbound left lanes will be occupied by construction on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. between Ellis Avenue and Dufferin Street.

The eastbound and westbound left shoulder and right shoulder lanes will be occupied by long-term construction from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, between Park Lawn Road and Humber River until Aug. 20.

TTC closures and diversions

The 510 Spadina streetcars have been replaced by buses due to construction at Dundas. The north part of the route will operate between Spadina Station and Baldwin Street. The south portion of the route will operate between Sullivan Street and Queens Quay. Customers will have to exit the bus and walk between Baldwin and Sullivan Streets.

Along Dundas, the 505 streetcar is diverting to and from Dundas via McCaul, Bathurst and College Streets.

Train service on the Yonge-University-Spadina line will end early between Eglinton and Finch Stations every day except Saturday, but shuttle buses will run until the usual end of service.

The 505 Dundas and 504 King streetcars will turn around at Broadview Avenue until Aug. 31 for road work. A 505/504 bus will provide service on Broadview from Queen Street East to Broadview Station.
