Durham police are investigating after a woman was found dead in Oshawa.
According to officers, police received a call before noon on Monday for the sudden death of a 31-year-old female in the area of Simcoe Street North and Coates Road.
As well, a man, 31, has been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries
Information on the circumstances that led to this investigation was not immediately provided.
Durham police said that the woman’s death is considered suspicious in a news release on Monday.
